Project Overview
The project comprises four units of total installed power of 650 MW Siemens gas turbines including equipment and units as transformers; GIS; Gas receiving system and networks; administration and control buildings; workshops and site utilities (compressed air system; industrial wastewater system; sewage treatment system; tanks; RO/demineralized water system; storm water drainage and low current systems).
The project is part of Egypt’s emergency plan for increasing electricity production before the summer 2015.

Our Mission
Setec Egypte was assigned for the following buildings:
  • Power Block Area
  • Service Buildings: GIS Building-GIS Control Building.


Our Scope
Setec Egypte was responsible for making the Structural works including fully detailed formwork and reinforcement shop drawings and making the As-built drawings for all the structural elements as well as the corresponding BOQ.
